Eligibility for Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
• Refunds are applicable for digital services, subscriptions, and consultations purchased via the AstroVani Mobile App.
• Refunds are not available for services already rendered or consumed (e.g., completed consultations).

How to Request a Refund

• Contact our support team at support@astrovani.com with your order details and reason for refund.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the service has been delivered.
• Promotional offers and free trials are not eligible for refunds.
• Any abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests.
